A Quick Origin Story
In 2022 we set out to solve a simple—but stubborn—problem: Windsor’s entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote teams had no inspiring middle ground between a noisy coffee shop and a costly long-term lease. We leased a bright, under-used downtown warehouse, filled it with ergonomic desks, barista-level coffee, and business-grade fibre… then opened the doors to anyone with big ideas and a laptop.
Today that 8-desk experiment has grown into a 7,000 sq ft community hub that’s open 24 / 7—yet the goal hasn’t changed: create the flexible, friendly workspace we always wished existed.

To give every builder, dreamer, and doer in Windsor an affordable, high-performance environment where work feels exciting—and community feels natural.
